Housing for our elderly

Home : Community Services : Housing for our elderly

Camberley Court resident, Mrs CampagnolaIf you, or a loved one, are over the age of 60 and looking for an affordable, safe and well-maintained rental property in the Hastings District, the Hastings District Council’s housing complexes could be your answer.

With nine complexes to choose from, and rent starting at as little as $73 a week, people over the age of 60 (and in special circumstances between 55 and 60 - see criteria) are enjoying the friendships and security the units provide.
