• You may
now place reserves online using your
PIN number.
• Check the progress of your reserves
by logging in to My Account and, if needed,

Place reserves on "available" items.
•
Reserve charge for each item is $1.00 on collection.
•You may place
your reservations online either in the library or from home.
• Alternatively, ask a librarian to place
reservations for you.
•When the
reserved item
arrives in the library you will receive a letter in the mail. Call
in to the library with your card to have your reserve issued. Items must
be collected within 10 days.
•We will do our utmost to get the item to you as soon as possible. It is
difficult to estimate how long it will take, as this is determined by the
current borrower or those who have already reserved it.
•Items showing "Available"
can now also be reserved online . Please note that occasionally an item
with the status "Available" may be issued to another borrower before the
Reserves Librarian can take it from the shelf to fulfil the request.
•
If you phone the library for an item which is on the shelf, you may ask to
have it set aside for you to collect, but there will be a $1 charge payable on
collection as it also becomes a reservation.
