Vehicle Crossings (PDF 455kB) A vehicle crossing is an access between a property and a public road. All vehicle crossings must be constructed by an approved Council Contractor. Applications for a vehicle crossing (that do NOT form part of a building or resource consent ) are made using the Vehicle Crossing application form (PDF 428kB). All other applications are made by selecting an approved Council Contractor who will submit the application on your behalf.
