Project CARV (Curbing Alcohol Related Violence)
Project CARV was a demonstration project funded by the Ministry of Justice in both the Hastings District and Napier City areas. The Project ran for two years, from 2007- 2009 and aimed to curb the rate of alcohol related violence in the Hastings and Napier areas.
