Our Vision - To provide an excellent service to the community and be part of an organisation which makes a difference for the people living, working and visiting Hawke’s Bay.
The Community Services group is one of the most diverse areas in the Hastings District Council. From playgrounds to neighbourhood safety, Youth Council to the plant nursery, our goal is to make positive contributions to the social, cultural and economic well-being of residents in the Hastings District.

Community Services are based on the 3rd floor of the Council's main civic administration building, 207 Lyndon Road East, Hastings. We also have offices at our Nursery on Fitzroy Road, Hastings.
