The Hastings Coastal Environmental Strategy was made final in November 2000 and is made up of a summary report and five associated technical papers below.

A working party, consisting of Hastings District Council staff and Councillors, developed a
HCES Work Programme (PDF, 73 KB) for implementation. The party also worked to oversee the implementation of the strategy and ensured integration of coastal projects into existing and proposed programmes of the Council.
