The aim of the Façade Enhancement Scheme is to provide financial support to building owners and tenants to upgrade their façades, using colour schemes that are both aesthetically pleasing and sensitive to the colour schemes of adjacent buildings, the scheme will remove unsightly features and replace conflicting signage with more sympathetic versions.

The level of funding building owners can receive considers factors such as the size of the façade, profile and significance of the building. The scheme includes a free no obligation colour consultation and grant of up to $7000.
This scheme gives building owners the opportunity to be a part of the revitalisation of the Hastings CBD.
