
The Hastings District Council's Environmental Health team issue a variety of health licences (see below) through regulations and bylaws administered by the Council.

If you wish to set up an Amusement Gallery in the Hastings District, then you will need to apply for an Amusement Gallery Licence.

If you wish to establish a new camping ground in the Hastings District, under the Health (Registration of Premises) Regulations, the occupiers of all new premises must complete an application form and submit it along with the appropriate fee to the Council.

If you wish to extend food and beverage activities onto the footpath including tables, chairs and umbrellas you will need to apply for an application for a Footpath Dinning Licence from the Hastings District Council.

If you want to sell products or services to customers by visiting without making prior arrangements, then you will need to apply for a Hawkers Licence from the Hastings District Council.

If you want to sell products or services in public places to customers from a vehicle (self propelled or not) then you need to apply for a Mobile Shop Licence from the Hastings District Council.

If you intend to occupy a site on a short term or continuous basis to sell food, services and products then you will need to apply for a Stall Holders Licence with the Hastings District Council.
