From time to time the Hastings District Council is given family collections of photographs, offering fascinating glimpses of our district's history. We think these photos are too interesting to remain in a dark box somewhere, so we are making them available to the public.
Unfortunately the photos are often unaccompanied by any further information, so we must use identifiable landmarks and people to determine their origin and subject.
