We're looking for Information Consultants to work at the Hastings i-Site Visitor Centre. This position involves weekend and public holiday work.

It's an interesting, busy and varied role centred around making visitors' time in Hastings more enjoyable.

The ideal candidate will take enormous pride in giving excellent customer service, and should be an organised individual with good general knowledge about New Zealand and Hawke's Bay in particular.

They will be confident communicating with a wide range of people, some of whom may have limited English language skills.

A background in retail would be an advantage and a tourism qualification is desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
