
Lyndhurst is approximately 60ha in size and will accommodate in the order of 700 lots. It is estimated that this development will provide between 15-20 years of residential growth. The development of the area has been split into two stages (refer to the structure plan map below)
The construction of services and road upgrades for stage 1 is largely complete with work now be carried out on reserve development. There are four main reserve nodes in Lyndhurst which range between 2,000-3,000m2 in size.
These neighbourhood reserves will be linked by roads and walkways to allow walking and cycling throughout the suburb and will ultimately connect the historic Stoneycroft house and reserve to Lyndhurst Road.
