Need to make a payment to Hastings District Council? Here's how:
Rates

Dog registrations
Dog registration fees can be paid at the Council's main Administration Building on Lyndon Road East, 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Parking Fines
- Pay online
- You can also pay fines at the Council's main Administration Building on Lyndon Road East, 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Only the full amount can be paid, with the option of EFTPOS or cash. There are no installment options.

Old online payment system
HDC previously accepted some payments via a BNZ online payment system. Some one-off payments are still processed using this system, but unless you have been directed here by a staff member, please use the primary online payments portal linked in the sections above.
