Plan Change 24

Hastings District Council received a request for a private plan change to rezone Mutiny Road (Lot 3 DP 28452 1/15 share in Lot 3 DP 26192) of 140 hectares and 179 Mutiny Road (Lot 9 DP 4564 and Section 2R Block VII Te Mata Survey District) of 101 hectares from Rural to Rural Residential.

Result: Read the Council's decision to decline PPC24.
