Plan Change 41
Status: Operative April 2008
Hastings District Council received a request from Johnny Appleseed Holdings Ltd for a change to the Hastings District Plan referred to as: Johnny Appleseed – Proposed Private Plan Change 41.
The Plan Change rezones an area of land from Plains to Industrial 6, for the specific as a coolstore packhouse site. The proposed area to be rezoned comprises 4.8562 hectares and is located at 538 Saint Georges Road, Hastings.
