PlanSmart Priority
PlanSmart Priority is a status awarded to select individuals or organisations that consistently submit well-prepared Building Consent applications to HDC.
Applications received from Priority status customers are exempt from the PlanSmart assessment process. This means that their applications are lodged for technical review as soon as they are received by Council and no PlanSmart assessment fees are charged.
