Control : Change of Details
If you have moved to the Hastings District with your dog, it is important to let the Hastings District Council know, so that they can keep track of your dog and issue a new tag.
You should have also advised the Council where your dog
was originally registered.
You can either send in written notification of the change
of address or download the form below and send it into
the Council within 14 days of the move.
Please include:
- Your old mailing address
- Your new mailing address
- Your date of birth
- The new address of where the dog(s) will normally be kept
- Contact phone number and
- Dog details i.e. name, breed, colour, age and sex
