Hastings District Council's activities are partly funded by your rates. Find out how your rates are calculated, what they are used for, your legal obligations and how you can pay for your rates invoice using the links above.
Owners of properties within the Hastings District Council area receive six rate invoices a year. Rates statements are issued in January, March, May, July, September and November. Your rates invoice sets out how much is owed including any balances carried over from last year. You can also:
