Registrations of Interest - Tenders for programmed repainting of buildings

18 April 2009

Painting contractors are invited to register for selection to tender for the repainting to the buildings that Hastings District Council has programmed for the next 2 years. These buildings consist of public libraries, community centres, tourism facilities, and parks buildings, etc.

To register your interest, Contractors are required to provide the following information:

  • Company name and number of staff employed
  • Experience in commercial projects generally and a list of the major commercial projects completed in the last 12 months.
  • Contact details for references from at least 2 clients/project owners with whom you have worked over the last 12 months
  • Contact details for references from 2 Architects with whom you have worked in the last 12 months
  • Current workload.

Registration of Interest shall close with the Chief Executive at Hastings District Council Offices (1st Floor), 207 Lyndon Road East, Hastings (postal address: Private Bag 9002, Hastings) and must be placed in the tender box before 4.00 pm on Wednesday, 29 April 2009.

A maximum of 4 painting contractors will be selected to tender.

Hawke's Bay Opera House exterior programme cleaning - three-year contract

Public tenders are sought for the cleaning of Hawke’s Opera House Building Exteriors. The successful tenderer will be awarded a 3-year term contract with the opportunity to renew for a future 2 years.
