District Plan Change 55 – Flaxmere Village Centre Zone

Hastings District Council gives notice that it has made its decisions on submissions to the following proposal to change the District Plan, endorsing all the recommendations of Commissioner Bill Wasley:

District Plan Change 55 – Flaxmere Village Centre Zone

In accordance with the requirements of Clause 10 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, notice is given that proposed Plan Change 55 is deemed to have been amended in accordance with the decisions on submissions from the date of this notice.

The decisions on submissions and amended Plan Change 55 can be viewed at:

• Central Council Administration Office, Lyndon Road East, Hastings
• Hastings, Flaxmere and Havelock North Libraries
• This website

Anyone who has made a submission or further submission now has the right to appeal Council’s decision to the Environment Court, within 30 working days of this notice.
