Rating information database

Public notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 28(4) of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002, that the Council’s Rating Information Database is available for public inspection at the following times and places:

• The Council’s Central offices Lyndon Road East, Hastings Monday – Friday between 8am and 5.00pm.
• This website

The Rating Information Database contains a record of all information required for setting and assessing rates.

This includes current rates for the year ending 30 June 2012, and the proposed rates for the year ending 30 June 2013 based on the draft budget.
