CNC Profile Cutting Services Limited - Twyford
The Hastings District Council has received an application for resource consent from CNC Profile Cutting Services Limited for land use and subdivision consent to establish an industrial activity on Lot 1 DP 15722 CT H2/489, which is located on the corner of Omahu Road and Jarvis Road, Twyford.
The proposed industrial site of 6532m2 will have road frontage to Omahu Road and will be excised from the balance land area of 3.55 ha. No change in land use is proposed on the balance area. The application has a non-complying activity status and the application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
