Notice by Minister for a designation under Section 168 of the Resource Management Act 1991
The Hastings District Council has received notice of a requirement for a designation from the Minister of Courts.
The requirement is for designating of additional land to "redevelop and extend the existing Hastings Court House site in due course".
The sites to which the application relates to are 106 & 108 Eastbourne Street, West and 200 & 2004 Market Street, South, Hastings.
The application and accompanying information may be inspected in the Resource Management Department at the Hastings District Council, Lyndon Road, Hastings during office hours, or downloaded below.
