The Hastings District Council has received an application to Create five non-complying sites and to impose the Genral Residential Zone standards in place of the Rural Residential Zone standards from Durham Property Investments Limited.
The site to which the application relates to is the former water reservoir site, Hikanui Drive, Havelock North, LOT 2 DP 343657 (CT 179226).
