Evans Family Trust - Whirinaki

The Hastings District Council has received an application for a resource consent from Evans Family Trust to create six 1000m2 non-complying rural lots (Lots 1-6), an undersize rural balance lot, and, impose the coastal residential zone land use rules in place of the rural zone Land use rules on Lots 1-6 at 966 State Highway 2, Whirinaki, being Part Lot 1 DP 8931 (CT M1/1050). The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
