The Hastings District Council has received an application for a Resource Consent from Full 360 Limited to subdivide an existing 21.64 hectare site to create 25 residential lifestyle lots of between 620m2 and 1580m2 in area and a single 18.62 hectare balance allotment.

A land-use consent is also sought to erect a single (one) residential building on each of the 25 lifestyle lots (in lieu of the 2500m2 minimum area) and to waive some of the applicable building platform and internal yard setback requirements at 16 Endsleigh Drive Havelock North, being Lot 33 DP 28721 on CT Y3/65.

The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
