Consents : Globe Holdings Limited - Woolshed Apartments
The Hastings District Council received an application for a resource consent from Globe Holdings Limited to convert 18 existing visitor accommodation units and a games/lounge area (currently known as Woolshed Apartments) at 102 – 106 Te Mata Road, Havelock North, to 19 residential apartments. The proposal exceeds the density, site coverage and traffic generation provisions of the Operative Hastings District Plan.
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
