The Hastings District Council has received an application for a resource consent from Higgins Aggregates Limited to extract gravel at Kereru Road Maraekakaho, being LOT 1 DP 26776 CT W2/805. The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.

Any person may make a submission on the application. You may do so by sending a written submission to the Hastings District Council, Private Bag 9002, Hastings. The submission must be in ‘form 13’.

Submissions close on Wednesday 20 August 2008 at 4:30 pm.
