The Hastings District Council has received an application for a combined 15 lot subdivision and land use consent from Lightning Ridge Partnership at 181C Harper Road, Waimarama, being Lot 1 DP 321348, Lot 2 DP 27342 and Lot 3 DP 27342. The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
The application may be inspected below, or in hard copy form at Resource Management, 2nd Floor, Hastings District Council, Lyndon Road, Hastings, during office hours.
