Notified resource consent application (Mangatutu Station Ltd)
The Hastings District Council has received an application for resource consent from Mangatutu Station Limited for a ‘farm park’ subdivision at 903 Whakapirau Road, Raukawa, being Lot 2 and Parts Lot 3 DP 5240. Forty two “Residential” sites, of at least 2500m2 each, are to be developed amongst the remaining 170 hectares of farmland and native bush on the property. A land-use consent is also sought for the disturbance of indigenous vegetation.
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects. The application may be inspected at Resource Management, 2nd Floor, Hastings District Council, Lyndon Road, Hastings, during office hours.
