The Hastings District Council has received an application for Resource Consent from C.J. and R.A. Parker to subdivide to create a non-complying lifestyle site in the Plains Zone.
The site to which the application relates to is 124 Trotter Road, being Lot 1 DP 27643, Lot 1 DP 3473, and Lot 24 DP 2366 (CT: HBW4/546). The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.

Make a submission
Any person may make a submission on the application. You may do so by sending a written submission to the Hastings District Council at Private Bag 9002, Hastings.
The submission must be in Form 13. Hard copies of this form are available from Council’s Civic Administration Building, Lyndon Road East, Hastings.
Submissions close at 4.30pm on 10th of April, 2007.
You must serve a copy of your submission on C.J. and R.J. Parker, whose address for service is:
