The Application
Hastings District Council has received an application for a Resource Consent from PRM Ltd for a 31 lot rural farm park subdivision at 587-589 Middle Road.
The applicant seeks resource consent to undertake a 31 Lot Rural Farm Park subdivision over two certificates of title comprising the subject site.
It is intended that the development be staged (as marked on the "face of the scheme plan") to create 22 Residential Lifestyle Sites ranging from 3800m2 to 1.60 hectares and a balance farm lot of approximately 230 hectares formed by the amalgamation of 6 lots (23 to 28) and access lots (29 to 31).
The configuration of the proposed subdivision and allotment boundaries is illustrated in Appendix B to the accompanying Assessment of Effects.
The proposed development also includes a proposed boundary adjustment to accommodate a land swap' whereby a portion (0.18ha) of proposed Lot 28 is incorporated into Lot 2 DP 215032 and a portion (0.16ha) of Lot 2 DP 21503 is incorporated into proposed Lot 28. A reduction with respect to internal yards is also sought.
