Rosemana Developments Ltd - Endsleigh Drive

The Hastings District Council has received an application for a resource consent from Rosemana Developments Limited for subdivision to create 13 residential lots at 93 Endsleigh Drive, Havelock North, being legally described as Lot 5 DP 315165. Landuse consent is also sought to construct a dwelling on each lot created which is less than 2500m2 in area. The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
The application may be inspected at Resource Management, 2nd Floor, Hastings District Council, Lyndon Road, Hastings, during office hours.
