Struthers - Puketitiri Road

The Hastings District Council has received an application for a resource consent from Mr G Struthers to construct a second residential dwelling on the site in the Rural Zone with a gross floor area of 210 m2 at 529 Puketitiri Road, being legally described as Lot 2 DP 24566. The second dwelling on the site will exceed the permitted floor area of 80m2. The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
