Consents : Resource consent application - Struthers
The Hastings District Council has received an application for a resource consent from Mr G Struthers to construct a second residential dwelling on the site in the Rural Zone with a gross floor area of 210 m2 at 529 Puketitiri Road, being legally described as Lot 2 DP 24566. The second dwelling on the site will exceed the permitted floor area of 80m2. The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
The application may be inspected in hard copy form at Resource Management, 2nd Floor, Hastings District Council, Lyndon Road, Hastings, during office hours.
