Resource Consent : Te Awanga Estate and Winery Ltd
The Hastings District Council received an application for a resource consent from Te Awanga Estate and Winery Limited to establish a winery, restaurant, retail sales area, associated administration offices and a residential apartment in a building located on a site which extends from Parkhill Road to Clifton Road (the site known as 0 Parkhill Road).
The proposal exceeds the maximum gross floor limits for a winery and restaurant.
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
