- The notified resource consent went to the 14 December 2004 Yortt Hearings Committee Meeting. The application was declined.
The Hastings District Council received an application for resource consent from G Yortt to subdivide a site in the Plains Zone to form Lot 1 of 2.45 ha, and Lot 2 of 3.90 ha. Proposed Lot 1 contains an existing house, and proposed Lot 2 will be utilised to establish a facility for the sale of wine along with a cafe/restaurant.
The site is located at 2350 State Highway 50, Roys Hill, Hastings, being Lot 1 DP 22879. The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
