Annual Plan
The Annual Plan is a document setting out the Council's major projects and focus areas for the coming year. The Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) is a 10-year forecast version of this plan, but it is revised every three years.
In years when the LTCCP is revised (e.g. the 2009/2010 year), it serves as the Annual Plan for that year. In the other years (eg 2007/2008), a separate Annual Plan document is produced.
Under the Local Government Act 2002, each Local Authority is required to undertake long-term planning with its community.
