Annual Plan
The Annual Plan is a document setting out the Council's major projects and focus areas for the coming year. It outlines key variances from the Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) which is a 10-year forecast version of this plan, revised every three years.

2010/2011 Amendment to the Development Contributions Policy
A separate document outlines 3 primary changes made to Council's Development Contributions Policy. This policy requires those responsible for creating growth within our district to pay a fair share of the resulting additional infrastructure cost being borne by Council.
