Annual Plan
The Annual Plan is a document setting out the Council's major projects and focus areas for the coming year. It outlines key variances from the Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) which is a 10-year forecast version of this plan, revised every three years.

The plan can be read in conjunction with the Ten Year Plan 2009/2019.
Amendment to Ten year Plan 2009/19
The amendment relates to a proposal to allow Council to participate in the New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency (LGFA).
The LGFA is being created by a group of councils and central government to enable councils to borrow at lower interest margins.
