Arataki New Urban Development Area
Arataki is approximately 80ha in size and will accommodate in the range of 750 lots. Arataki is being developed in two stages. In stage 1, 460 sections have been subdivided with 425 building consents issued.
Hastings Urban Issues Workshops
The Hastings Urban Issues workshops aim to investigate and provide a response to various growth and planning issues facing the District particularly within the urban centres.
Lyndhurst New Urban Development Area
Lyndhurst is approximately 60ha in size and will accommodate in the order of 700 lots. It is estimated that this development will provide between 15-20 years of residential growth. The development of the area has been split into two stages (refer to the structure plan map below)
