How your rates are calculated
The amount of rates you pay is largely based on the land value of your property as supplied by our valuer, Quoteable New Zealand. Other factors include rating areas and targeted rates.
Rating Information Database 
The Rating Information Database (RID) is a searchable public register showing the various rates applicable to properties in the Hastings District. It does not show ownership details for those properties.
