How can you get involved?

We are encouraging local businesses, community groups, sports clubs, schools, and other organisations to get involved! This is a great opportunity to support the wellbeing and vibrancy of our community and celebrate your part in our history.

We are open to ideas. Partner support kits are provided to groups hosting their own event. Events can take place between July 2023 and June 2024.

Opportunities include (but not limited to):

• Sponsor an HDC organised event or activity (please contact us for details)
• Enter a float into the Blossom Parade
• Volunteer – as an individual or corporate/community group
• Host a 150th themed commemoration event
• Offer your old photos or recollections as part of our Memory Capturing Campaign
