Attention - what sucks it, what creates it, and what actually is it??
A workshop with Elen Nathan, exploring the edges of attention.
We often talk about attention and the challenges of sustaining it, but what are we really talking about? Let’s get on the same page and unpack the basics so we can make informed choices and take back some control—for ourselves and our children.
What You’ll Learn:
- The Four Types of Attention: Discover their specialised roles in employment, family life, learning, behaviour, self-care, and relationships.
- Debunking Common Myths: It’s not just social media stealing your attention—learn what else might be at play.
- Simple, Sustainable Solutions: Practical tips to boost attention and focus at school, home, and work.
This workshop is neurodivergent-friendly, with sensory tools available to support attention. Feel free to bring your own tools as well!
