Money Matters: Financial Literacy for Teenagers

Money Matters: A look into financial terms and develop an understanding of how money affects your life.

This workshop is aimed at Year 11 -13 students and is presented by EIT Business Lecturer, Rebecca Clarke.

Rebecca will take you through the basics of understanding how to manage your money, control your credit and debt, deal with tax, take out a hire purchase agreement and apply for a loan. These are important skills for young adults who are preparing to move out of home and on to life in the workforce and in tertiary education.
