The e2e service provides assistance to Secondary school students as they are exiting school to ensure a smooth transition to whatever their next step look like. Our goal is to connect Industry to the School community and to expose ākonga to the many employment and training opportunities within our Hawkes Bay region. We do this is in a number of ways including creating career events and industry specific field trips; assistance sourcing Gateway placements; connecting students to employment and apprenticeship opportunities; connecting students requiring additional/other assistance to support services within the community.
