F.A.W.C! Meat the Leading Ladies

F.A.W.C! Meat the Leading Ladies

Two women, one kitchen and an array of the most delicious beef and lamb you are likely to eat.
This is Beef+Lamb NZ's incredible ambassador series and Mangapapa Hotel is honoured to host one of their popular events for F.A.W.C!
Join local Beef+Lamb ambassador, Mangapapa Hotel Head Chef Norka Mella Munoz, as she shares the stovetop with Kate Fay, Head Chef at Cibo in Parnell, Auckland.
As the first female Head Chef at Mangapapa Hotel, Norka is passionate about supporting local farmers and producers. This menu will be no different.
After an arrival drink and canapes, settle in for an inspiring Beef+Lamb four-course dinner. Discover the story of the ingredients that make up each dish from Norka and Kate themselves and learn the true value of well-matched wines from Te Mata Estate’s Sally Duncan.

Ticket price includes: Arrival drink with canapés; 4 course dinner with matching wines. Gluten free and diary free can be catered for at this event.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Summer Series runs November, 6-15, 2020
