Bistronomy brings Jason Kim, Executive Chef of Auckland’s hottest new eatery Gochu, to Napier for an evening of inspired Korean cuisine.
Jason Kim, formerly of Sidart fame, was named the-one-to-watch back in 2017 and within three years firmly established himself as one of Auckland’s most exciting chefs. Now at the helm of Commercial Bay’s Gochu Restaurant, Kim is in hot demand.
This evening will be a treat for the senses as Kim and Bistronomy Head Chef James Beck combine traditional Korean flavours with the very best Hawke’s Bay’s ingredients to create simply beautiful modern cuisine.
A six-course menu, with each dish being served with its own drink pairing, this is an event that is sure to inspire.
