The Vibrancy fund sits within the Hastings City Vibrancy Plan which aim is to Providing activities and an environment which increases the number of customers, workers, residents, students and visitors experiencing and enjoying the Hastings city centre.
After a successful first round which saw the Vibrancy fund support such events as Fringe in the Stings, The HCBA Ice Rink and performances on the CBD stage, we invite you to submit your amazing creative ideas to bring our city centre to life.
