Public Notice of Extraordinary Hastings District Rural Community Board and an Extraordinary Council meeting

Pursuant to clauses 22(2) and 22(4) of Schedule 7 of the Local Government Act 2002, I hereby requisition an Extraordinary Rural Community Board and an Extraordinary Council meeting to be held at the following times:

• Extraordinary Rural Community Board on Thursday 21 May 2020 at 1.00pm
• Extraordinary Council 2020 at on Thursday 21 May 2020 at 2.00pm both meetings to be held remotely via Audio Visual link.

The general nature of the business includes consideration for the Board and Council to make a decision on the following:

• Consideration of a collaborative approach with the Region for each Council to make a financial contribution to the Hawkes Bay Disaster Relief Trust to enable feed to be shipped up from the South Island to support the drought affected farmers.
