ROAD CLOSURE

Temporary closure of Eastbourne Street East, Russell Street, Middle Road, Te Aute Road, Havelock Road, Napier Road, Te Mata Road, Joll Road, the central roundabout and Clive Terrace – 25 April 2022

Pursuant to the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hastings District Council will temporarily close to all traffic,

HASTINGS

1. Eastbourne Street East between Karamu Road South and Russell Street South
2. Russell Street between Queen Street West and Lyndon Road East

The road closures will be between 5:00am and 6:30am, Sunday 25 April 2022

HAVELOCK NORTH

1. Middle Road from the bank corner to the central roundabout
2. Te Aute Road from Porter Drive to the central roundabout
3. Havelock Road from the motel entrance to the central roundabout
4. Napier Road from Columba Way to the central roundabout
5. Te Mata Road from Columba Way to the central roundabout
6. Joll Road from the movie theatre entrance to the central roundabout
7. The central roundabout

These road closures will be from 8:00am until 10:30am, Sunday 25 April 2022

CLIVE

1. Clive Terrace between Ferry Road and the dead end of the road

These road closures will be from 8:15am until 10:15am, Sunday 25 April 2022

The purpose of the above temporary road closures are to hold the ANZAC Day commemorative services.

Any persons objecting to, or wishing to send in submissions of support to this proposed closure are called upon to lodge notice of objection or submission of support in writing before 4:00pm, Monday, 28 February 2022 at the office of the Hastings District Council, Private Bag 9002, Hastings, 4156 Attention: Group Manager: Asset Management.
