Fiesta of Lights

fireworks MyHastings 2022

This year’s Fiesta of Lights at Tomoana Showgrounds will kick off on December 17 – lighting up Tomoana Showgrounds with 56 dazzling light displays.

A favourite for all the family, the display features 350,000 sparkling lights enveloping lake-side walkways – a one kilometre trail taking visitors on a wonderland trail.

Rain or shine, the lights turn on at 9pm and the wonder begins for young and old - open every night, including Christmas night.

Food trucks and picnic tables are available and on New Year’s Eve a fireworks display will delight and amaze.

When: Saturday, December 17, 2022 – Sunday, January 8, 2023. Open 9pm to 11pm every night.

Where: Showgrounds Hawke’s Bay Tomoana, Gate 3 Kenilworth Rd or Gate 4 Karamu Rd North. Free parking in the showgrounds.

Entry: $7 individual, under-three free.
