HDC Customer Service Centre

  • CLOSED

The 24-hour call centre will remain open throughout the period, phone (06) 871 5000.

Rubbish and recycling

There is no change to kerbside collection (rubbish and recycling) on Anzac Day. Items still need to be out by 7am.

Henderson Rd Refuse Transfer Station

  • OPEN 9.45am to 4.30pm

Blackbridge Refuse Transfer Station

  • OPEN 8am to 4.30pm.

Recycling only

7 days a week, 24 hours a day

  • Tūtira
  • Poukawa
  • Maraekākaho
  • Pukehamoamoa Rural Recycling Facility
  • Waipātaki
  • (Blackbridge Transfer Station – same hours that transfer station operates)
